Every rack in our Studio, Signature, Masterpiece, and Siamese series is individually handcrafted. To ensure every detail of your order perfect, we currently process orders personally rather than through automated online checkout. After we receive your request for a quote, we will reach out to you by either phone or email to discuss your specific order. In addition, we will let you know the expected date for your product to arrive via shipping or local pickup at MAHJ FXBG.
Please Note: Depending on current production demand, typical production time is 5 – 7 business days. We will advise you if the time is considerably longer. Please note, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. If an order is not produced according to the agreed specifications, we will work with you to rectify the situation.
How Quotes Work:
- Submit Your Request: Send us a request for a quote. We will reach out via phone or email to discuss your vision and exact specifications.
- Review Your Quote: Once details are discussed, we will email you a formal price quote outlining your product, wood selection, set graphics, custom features, purchase price, state tax, and shipping costs.
- Confirm Quote: Reply to the quote email with your confirmation.
- Receive and Pay Invoice: After we receive your confirmation, an invoice matching your approved quote will be emailed to you. Payment options include debit/credit cards, ACH transactions, and digital wallet payment.
- Production Begins: Once your payment processes, our production of your order will begin.
Production & Delivery:
- Crafting Time: Production typically takes 5–7 business days.
- Delivery Options: If you’re local, you are welcome to pick up your completed set at MAHJ FXBG. Otherwise, we will carefully package and ship it directly to you.
